The participants experience high-touch virtual and in-person learning content and have visibility to key Supply Chain leaders/coaches/mentors and champions.

The Gold Progam is a 2.5-year program with 60 associates hired annually.

Program Objectives:

  • Understand the JJSC Strategy and embody Leadership Imperatives to deliver the J&J Purpose and Promise.
  • Accelerate career development by receiving high-impact, diverse, and enriching rotational experiences early in their career.
  • Utilize JJSC Strategy knowledge to draw connections between individual rotational roles/responsibilities and understand the value of End2End.
  • Understand and demonstrate a Faster-forward mindset.
  • Ability to self-manage through ambiguity and thrive in a VUCA* environment to create a culture of high resiliency.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in public and private business settings.
